Who Is Responsible

Membeacon is an independent business run by Scoy, working from Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, and it is responsible for the personal data described here. Write to hello@membeacon.com and a person reads it, or call +1 829 619 1000. Either is a fine route for anything on this page, including asking to see or delete what we hold about you.

We give our full registered contact details in writing to anyone with a legitimate reason to ask, including data protection requests and enquiries from a regulator. We do not publish them, because this brand has already been impersonated and we are not going to hand the next attempt a head start.

What We Collect

If you join the waitlist, we store three things: the email address you type, the browser user agent string your browser sends, and the address of the page the request came from. That is the entire record. We do not ask for your name, your company, or your phone number, and we do not buy or append anything to it.

If you book a call, the booking happens inside Google Calendar, not on this site. Whatever you enter in that scheduler goes to Google under Google’s own privacy policy, and it reaches us as a calendar invitation.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs of requests to this site, including IP addresses, as every web server does.

Why We Collect It

The waitlist exists for one purpose: so we can tell you when Membeacon is open to your kind of community. We rely on your consent, given by submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us. We will not use your address for anything else, and we will not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who Else Processes It

• Supabase hosts the database that holds waitlist records, in the United States (region us-east-2).
• Hostinger serves this website and keeps the server logs.
• Google operates the appointment scheduler embedded on the booking page.

If you are in the UK, the EU, or another region with similar rules, note that waitlist records are stored in the United States, so submitting the form involves an international transfer of your address.

Cookies And Tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own and writes nothing to your browser’s local or session storage. There is no analytics package, no advertising pixel, and no tag manager. Fonts and images are served from this domain, so simply reading these pages contacts nobody but us.

The one exception is the booking page, which embeds Google Calendar’s scheduler. Loading that page contacts Google, and Google may set its own cookies in its own frame. If you would rather not load it, email us instead and we will arrange a call by hand.

How Long We Keep It

We keep a waitlist record until you ask us to remove it. There is no automatic expiry, because pretending to run a deletion schedule we do not actually run would be worse than telling you this plainly. Ask, and it goes.

Your Rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to our using it, or ask for it in a portable form. There is no charge and no form to fill in: email hello@membeacon.com and we will act on it within 30 days. If you think we have handled your data badly, you are entitled to complain to your national data protection authority.

How To Know It Is Really Us

People have posed as this brand before, so here is the short version. We only ever write from an address ending membeacon.com, and +1 829 619 1000 is our only number. We never ask for card details, bank details, or a password, on any channel, at any point, including on a call or over WhatsApp. We do not run giveaways, and we will never ask you to move a payment somewhere else at short notice.

If a message claims to be us and does not fit that description, it is not us. Forward it to hello@membeacon.com and we will confirm either way.

Changes To This Policy

If we start collecting something new, this page changes before the collection starts, and the date at the top changes with it.
