Who These Terms Are With

This site is run by Scoy, trading as Membeacon, working from Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. Questions go to hello@membeacon.com, and we give our full registered contact details in writing to anyone with a legitimate reason to ask.

What This Site Is

This is a marketing website. It describes a done-for-you service, and it is not the product. There is no self-serve sign-up and no instant provisioning: every deployment is set up by hand after a call.

Booking A Call Commits Nobody

Booking a call is an enquiry. It is not an order, and nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Pricing pages describe what each tier includes, not a price; a quote is only binding once it is given in writing and signed by both sides.

The Waitlist

Joining the waitlist means we may email you about Membeacon. It buys no priority, reserves no place, and guarantees no availability. You can leave at any time by emailing us.

What The Illustrations Show

Every product screen on this site is a coded mockup driven by invented data. The names, messages, dashboards, and figures inside those illustrations are synthetic and are there to show how the interface behaves, not to report anyone’s real numbers. The member and group counts we cite as production proof are real, are rounded down, and refer to a single existing deployment.

Platforms We Do Not Control

Membeacon reads from and answers on platforms operated by other companies, including WhatsApp, YouTube, and Instagram. Those platforms set their own terms and enforce them at their own discretion. We pace our ingestion to stay within normal usage patterns, but we cannot and do not warrant how any platform will treat a given account. That risk is addressed in the service agreement, not here.

WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, YouTube, Instagram, and Google are trademarks of their respective owners. Membeacon is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

Our Content

The text, design, code, and images on this site belong to us. You are welcome to link to any page and to quote us with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale or pass its content off as your own.

Availability And Liability

We keep this site up and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is always reachable or always current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Dominican Republic, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes To These Terms

We update this page when the site changes, and the date at the top moves with it.
